IT Managed Services Support Engineer (Level 2/3)
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider for an experienced Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their technical team.
This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer with proven experience working within an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers across cloud, infrastructure, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support remotely and on-site
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations
- Support and administer Microsoft Azure environments
- Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and routing
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Deliver infrastructure and cloud projects, including migrations and upgrades
- Work within SLA and KPI targets while maintaining high levels of customer service
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong Microsoft Azure administration and support experience
- Strong networking knowledge covering LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
- Experience supporting hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
- Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Desirable
- Experience with SonicWall or similar firewall platforms
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
- Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305
